All tumblers are handmade with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped, Sipping W Coco is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
